Subscription Fees & Payment Terms
Access to Fit@homease programs requires a minimum 3-month commitment, with Subscription Fees payable in advance as per the plan selected or fee schedule listed on our platform. All payments are processed automatically. If your payment fails, your access will be temporarily suspended until successful payment is received.

Subscription fees must be paid through valid online methods — credit/debit cards or UPI. Offline modes like cash, cheque, or demand draft are not accepted. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to approval by your payment provider.

Subscription durations are defined by the plan you select. Content access begins at the start of your subscription.

Refunds & Plan Freezes
Due to the digital nature of our programs, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This includes cases related to dissatisfaction, medical conditions, travel, personal schedule changes, or lifestyle constraints.

We do not offer plan pauses, extensions, or freezes once a program has started. Our programs are structured for consistency and results, and interruptions may affect your progress.

Respect & Community Standards
We believe in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all. Disrespectful behavior or a consistently negative attitude towards coaches or community guidelines may lead to immediate termination of services, with no refund.
