How many participants are there in one batch?

Each batch typically includes 10 to 15 participants, allowing for a community feel while ensuring you receive individual attention and support from our expert trainer.

What equipment do I need for your workouts?

Most of our workouts require minimal or no equipment. However, for strength training programs, we recommend using dumbbells or water bottles for best results.

Are the programs women-centric?

While our programs are designed with a focus on women's health, they are inclusive and beneficial for anyone seeking to improve their fitness and wellness.

I have PCOS/thyroid issues. Can I still follow the program?

Absolutely! Our workouts and nutrition plans are structured to support hormonal health, making them highly effective for managing conditions like PCOS and thyroid imbalances. Many of our clients with these concerns have seen tremendous improvements.

I’m breastfeeding—can I still join the program?

Yes, absolutely! Breastfeeding moms are welcome to join. Ideally, we recommend that you are at least 12 weeks postpartum before starting the program. As a precaution, it’s always best to consult your gynecologist to ensure you're cleared for physical activity.

Our nutrition and workout plans are designed to support your postpartum recovery and will not negatively impact your milk supply. Your well-being and your baby’s health are our top priorities.

I just had a baby—can I join the program?

Congratulations on your new arrival! Ideally, we recommend waiting at least 12 weeks after a normal delivery and 14 weeks after a C-section before starting the program. However, every recovery journey is unique, so it's important to get a green signal from your doctor before beginning any fitness routine. Your safety and healing come first, and we’re here to support you every step of the way when you’re ready.

I am a working professional and have a busy schedule. Will your program work for me?

Yes! We provide 7 flexible workout time options in a day. You can join at any time slot according to your time convenience.

I can't prepare separate meals or use exotic ingredients. Will the program work for me?

Certainly. Our plans are designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing meals, using readily available ingredients to help you achieve your goals

I live in a hostel and don’t have access to a kitchen. Can I still follow the nutrition plan?

Yes! Our plans are designed to be flexible. We guide you on food choices so you can eat balanced meals even if you rely on hostel food, restaurants, or tiffin services.

I have joint pain or injuries. Will the workouts be safe for me?

Yes! We modify workouts based on your needs. If you have back pain, knee pain, or previous injuries, we will customize the workouts so you can train safely and effectively.

Can I build muscle through your programs?

Yes! We offer structured strength training programs that focus on progressive overload, ensuring that you gain lean muscle and strength in a sustainable way.

Will I lose my progress if I stop the program?

Not at all! Our focus is on creating lifelong habits, so even if you take a break, you’ll still retain the knowledge and skills to maintain your progress.

Can I join if I don’t want to lose weight but just want to stay fit?

What results can I expect?

Results vary based on consistency and effort, but most clients see visible changes in 4-6 weeks, including fat loss, increased strength, and better stamina.

What is your client retention rate?

Can I pay for one month at a time?

 We understand that a one-month plan may feel more approachable, but our programs are intentionally designed for long-term transformation—not quick fixes. It takes at least 3 weeks to adapt to a new routine and around 3 months to truly build sustainable habits. Our goal is to equip you with tools that serve you beyond just the program duration—empowering you for life, not just for a few weeks.

That’s why we don’t offer one-month programs. We believe in real, lasting change through consistency and commitment—not short-term fads.

However, to make it easier and more accessible, we do offer installment and monthly payment options at checkout. This way, you can commit fully without financial stress.

Are your programs available internationally?
